If you are unsure if your case falls under ‘Restitution Recovery’ please call the Circuit Clerk’s Office (334-737-3526) or the District Attorney’s Office (334-737-3446) before making your payment. Court appearances are still mandatory until all obligations to the Courts are fulfilled. If you have an active warrant, contact the Circuit Clerk’s Office or the District Attorney’s Office to check the status of the warrant. Payments made through NCourt are not immediately posted to your case with the Lee County Circuit Clerk. This website is the property of nCourt and is not an official website of Lee County District Attorney's Office. nCourt is authorized to collect from you all fees, fines, penalties, forfeitures or other costs related to this website and will charge you an additional fee for utilizing its services.
